When I received the eyeglasses I was very happy with the lens that they had provided. The Blu light-blocker lens was made perfectly and it eases your long duration of screen glancing. The lens also significantly decreases the strain on the eyes. For the lens I am giving the two stars in the review. Now, about the frame. It appears that the frame had a manufacturing defect due to which one day when I opened the case (provided by the EyeMyEye) I found that the frame was broken. And, it was broken in such a way that from the either ends (left and right) it was broken exactly at the same distance, i.e., say 1.5 cm from the left as well as the right end. Also, the frame never had any kind of fall from any height, nor anything was placed over it. This is evident also from the nearly brand new condition of the lenses. Thus, I am deducting two stars for the frame. Tertially and lastly, the after-sales support. I wrote to EyeMyEye on the 12th August describing the issue that I had with the eyeglasses (frame specifically), and they replied to me assuring that I will get an update regarding the case within 48 hours. But there wasn't any response from them and after 2 days I contacted them regarding the same via email and then they replied to me stating that the case has already been escalated and I need to wait patiently. This second email from them lacked any kind of assurance or surety that my issue will be resolved or it will not. And, after there second email they never tried to let me know that it was taking longer than expected and I need to hang-in patiently; nothing was conveyed to me. And, after 8 days from their second email I thought it will be good to escalate further as 7 days has already been passed. So, I emailed to "crmescalations@eyemyeye.com" but later on I received the email from my email service provider that this email/group does not exist. It appears that they have failed very badly in the after-sales service. However, they were very supportive when I was unable to confirm my prescription. But since I am at the receiving end now, I am the one who has to go through all this. Therefore, deducting one more star for their support service. I hope this review helps you. f 36649 1664
